How Mrs. Doubtfire Helped Children of Divorce

We couldn’t let the opportunity pass without paying tribute to a person who was not only a wildly talented actor but who also made a movie that helped millions of children and adults cope with divorcing and/or parents living separate and apart.  It is difficult and heartbreaking to be separated from your children. Even under the best case scenario for both parties, which would be to share the children equally, you are still only allotted 50% of the time with your children. For most parents this means a 50% reduction in time with your children. Robin Williams made us laugh while addressing a very painful and common issue, and for that and so much more, we thank him!
