The Blog Is Back!

After an 18 month hiatus from blogging (not from practicing law, of course) the blog is back! Moore Law Group has had some growing pains and several things have suffered while we have caught up with the growing practice, the blog and social media being the main things.  We added another “Moore” to the world (yes, a baby) we’ve added new staff and new services to the “Group” (yes, the legal group) and several very exciting things are coming your way. Just as a sneak peak I am now a certified mediator and have been appointed by the court in their new pilot program to try and move cases through the system with mediation.  However I  will also be adding mediation into Moore Law Group in addition to litigation. The technology of Moore Law Group is exploding with videos in the works, billing software that allows clients to log in at any time and see what billing has been done on their case so far, some possible apps that clients can use with their smart-phones and a whole lot of free legal information via this blog.
